Healthy, kid approved, grain-free, sugar free banana-blueberry muffins.

Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup of avocado oil
- 1/2 cup of tigernut flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 2 scoops of collagen
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F
- Line muffin tin with parchment liners
- Blend all wet ingredients together in a bowl
- Add the dry ingredients — blend well
- Add the frozen blueberries and stir
- Spoon into individual muffin liners
- Bake for 25 minutes
