Ingredients:
2-3 Organic, Free Range Chicken Breasts
1 x 32 ounce box of Chicken Bone Broth*
Fresh Vegetables of Your Choice — Carrots, Small New Potatoes, Brussel Sprouts, Celery and Fresh Spinach all work well.
Crushed Garlic* 1-2T
Thyme – Fresh or Dried* — if fresh, as much as you like — dried 1-2tsp
Oregano*1-2tsp
Himalayan Sea Salt* – 1-2 tsp
Place chicken breasts in crock-pot*, then add as much or as little vegetables — chopped. If using fresh spinach, wait to add. Add garlic, thyme, oregano & salt. Add bone broth. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. When your chicken is fully cooked, then add the spinach — I add about 2 cups. Let cook for another 15 minutes. Once everything is cooked, just turn the crock pot off. It will keep warm for sometime — if you’re concerned about having a hot meal, then feel free to use the warm setting instead. AND that is it — super yummy!
